W.G. Spoor: National Tax Managing Partner
W.G. Spoor, a founding partner of SBF Advisors and long-time leader in tax strategy, has been named Sorren’s National Tax Managing Partner — a role in which he will shape tax innovation and best practices across Sorren’s 20 offices. His deep technical expertise, decades of experience, and commitment to client service have made a lasting impact at SBF, and now that influence will help guide Sorren’s national tax platform. W.G. was also recently recognized on Forbes’ inaugural 2025 Best-in-State CPAs list for Florida – an honor that highlights his exceptional contributions to the profession and his unwavering dedication to excellence.
David Harper: National Advisory Managing Partner
David Harper, who joined the SBF Advisors partner group through our merger with Westbay CPAs, has been appointed Sorren’s National Advisory Managing Partner. With decades of experience in business valuation, forensics, and strategic consulting, David is exceptionally well-positioned to lead advisory services across the firm. His leadership ensures that clients continue to receive high-level insight and support – whether they’ve worked with our legacy team or are connected to another office within the Sorren network.
