Daniel Friedman
Daniel M. Friedman has over thirty years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, accounting, finance, and litigation support.
Dan began his career at a large public accounting firm, where he participated in auditing assignments as well as due diligence assignments for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Subsequently, Dan joined a Houston-based federal savings bank. At the bank, his duties included budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting, and interest margin analysis.
Over the last twenty-five years, he focused his practice on mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, litigation support and other financial consulting projects as he directed those areas of an investment banking firm, private equity group and a CPA firm during that time span.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Mr. Friedman also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Houston. Further, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). Dan has also served on the AICPA’s ABV Credential Committee.
Dan and his wife, Kelley, have two children. He enjoys travelling, tennis and University of Houston sports outside of the office.
