SBF is excited to announce its merger with Hoerber Tillman & Company (HTC), bringing together the expertise and reputation of two highly regarded accounting firms in the Tampa Bay area. This dynamic partnership will expand the reach, capabilities, and service offerings of both companies.
Founded in 2017, Hoerber Tillman & Company specializes in forensic accounting, litigation support, marital dissolution, and business valuations. “This merger offers us the opportunity to provide our clients with a broader range of services and access to combined resources, further elevating the value we deliver and better addressing their diverse needs,” said Sarah Hoerber, founder of HTC. As part of the merger, SBF is welcoming all HTC partners and employees.
Since 1971, SBF has been a leading provider of tax planning, preparation, accounting, and advisory services across Florida. Both firms will continue to operate under their respective brands into 2025, with no changes to contact information. The companies will explore combining branding, including a new firm name, in the coming months.
